Orders

 

How do I Place an Order?

To place an order on our azurewear.co.uk website, chosse any product from our catalog, select the colour and size (if need it) and then click ‘Add to Cart’. The Cart page will load. Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and choose to Checkout as a guest or hen follow the instructions to make your purchase. You may be asked to log in or register first

 

How can I Pay?

You can pay using PayPal, the safest way to pay online.

 

Can I cancel an order?

If you haven’t received an email saying that your order has already been despatches, please contact us so we can cancel the order for you. If you already have received the order, or it is already dispatched, you can return your order as soon as you receive it. Once we have the order back, you will get your full refund * (Note, the product needs to be in original condition)

 

Is your checkout process secure?

Yes, we don’t save any of your payment details, you have all your information on your PayPal, it is the safest method. We do continually periodic checks to ensure our website is safe and secure.

 

I want to order a product, that currently is out of stock, can still ordered?

Apologise in advance if any item is out of stock. We have a good management system in place, so we try to keep accuracy in inventory. You can email us on info@azurewear.co.uk or contact us and we will get back to you on email when the product will be available.

 

Delivery

 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but most of our orders are dispatched on the same day.

 

When will I receive my order?

Our delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days to arrive, although sometimes can be delivered earlier. In the busiest periods like Christmas, might be a slight delay.

 

Returns

 

Can I return my order?

You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, and you can send the items back within another 14 days. For our safe side.  You will get your refund within 14 days receiving the goods back, but we normally manage the refund within We accept items returned within 2 following working days.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return.

To provide the best customer service, if you have any issue, please contact us and we will do our best in our hands to solve any issue.

 

Can you send a replacement urgently?

If a replacement is urgent, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, and return the old one as a unwanted item for a refund.

Do I need to register and create an account to order?

No, you can order as a guest, you will need to fill in your name address and email, and pay as normal trough PayPal account.

 

How do I change my password?

Please log in, check My Details, then Change my password. If you can’t remember your password, you can click on forgotten password, and an email will be sent with a reset password in your email account.

Please log in your account, click My Details, then you can View or change any details, and Save.
